pandexI thought it was weird seeing a guy wearing spandex brief designs for the first time, just like any other guy probably thought at first. Now, however, it is one of the most common things ever. I like to think back when swimwear was something universal in design and how people thought when all of the women started wearing two-piece bathing suits. I am sure they were shocked by this sudden transformation that was happening right before their eyes, and that is what has been happening with spandex over the last few years.
Of course, seeing a two-piece bikini on a woman is as common as seeing unruly children in a store these days, and those spandex brief designs are starting to come about the same way. I have a hard time going to a beach and not seeing guys walking around wearing these types of swimwear anymore. Do not get me wrong. I love the fact that guys are wearing something like this, but I can’t wait to see what the next version of swimwear looks like. I want to see people flipping out yet again because of the changes that are going to come sometime soon. If I am lucky, I will still have a good enough body to be a part of that change.
Until that day comes, though, I will keep wearing my spandex brief designs to the beach and dream about the day when every guy around the world is wearing something even skimpier. I have thought about kicking that little fad off myself, but I know that I am not the guy for something like that. People probably do not want to see me walking around almost completely naked and I can’t really blame them for that. On the other hand, I do know that there are guys out there that people would love to see walking around wearing something of that sort and, it is to those guys I am looking. Get out there and start changing the world around us in ways that no one ever expected in the past. Just hurry up so that I am not too old to enjoy it all.
